Fantastic City Stay!

helpful staffideal locationample storage
I found the staff consistently helpful. They were very accommodating, especially James at the front desk. The hotel's location was ideal as it was a short walk to my harbourside event. The room I had was large and comfortable. it featured plenty of storage space.
The hotel car park was quite tight. The parking spaces are small, so maneuvering was difficult when other cars were nearby.

wonderful stay in the city center

prime locationwell-presented roomhelpful staffrushed breakfast
the location was prime for exploring the city. the room was well-presented with everything i needed on hand. the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. i particularly appreciated the convenient car parking.
the breakfast service felt a little rushed, i was hovered over for payment while still eating.
Dining
8/10
the breakfast had a good variety and quality, however, the coffee sometimes seemed too weak. miller & carter provides good food, though the options for light dinners felt somewhat limited in both spaces.
Facilities
9/10
the gym is great and offers enough equipment for a solid workout. i found the car park had plenty of spaces, a definite bonus. there are usb ports built into the bedside lights for convenient charging.

the location works perfect if you want to walk everywhere. staff is friendly also.
pillows were poor and no choice was offered. breakfast isn't at the standard that a 4 star hotel should provide.
